Acts 2:44-47 (NIV)

44 All the believers were together and had everything in common. 45 They sold property and possessions to give to anyone who had need. 46 Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts, 47 praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people. And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.

God’s team is made up of those who have been saved by His grace. His team is characterized by unity, community, selflessness, generosity, compassion, loyalty, fellowship, gladness, sincerity, evangelism, and growth.

It is tempting to cut ourselves off from one another, concerning ourselves with only our interests and enjoying our own little piece of the world. But as part of God’s spiritual team, we have a responsibility to help one another in every way possible.

Doing church first involves being the church. Our doing flows out of our being. As a member of God’s team, we are called to abide in Christ.

God’s family works best when it’s members work together. A healthy Christian community attracts people to Christ, will grow in numbers. As your community grows in Christ, fruit will be born. Christ is your Source and He is your life.

As you abide in Christ, you will instantly add more value to the team, the Body of Christ.

Be Blessed in all you do!!!
