James 4:6 (KJV)

James 4:10 (KJV)

6.But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble

10. Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.

Grace is getting what we don't deserve. We do not deserve God's forgiveness, His salvation, reconciliation, favor, blessings and heaven. But God shows us His love by gracing us with that which we do not deserve. We should exam our daily living, be joyful at the realization of just how good God has been to us, even when we don't deserve it.

As an action to the will of God, we are to choose to humble ourselves. God will navigate circumstances to bring humility into our lives to remind us of our dependency upon Him.

God stands in opposition to the proud but responds with grace to the humble.

Be Blessed in all you do!!
