St. Matthew 18:20(KJV)

20. “For where two or three or gathered together in My Name, there am I in the midst of them.”

What would you do if you saw Jesus walk through the doors of your church? How would you react to His Presence? How would your friends react? Would the way you worship be the same or would you modify it in some way? Would you expect more and receive more from His visitation …would your friends?

I believe that all of us sometimes desperately hope that Jesus would walk into our church. All of us want to be with Him, worship Him, love on Him and allow Him to instruct us as to how to navigate our live. We really want to experience Jesus in our church.

Beloved, please stop hoping that Jesus will "show up", as if He might be too busy to stop by your church. By Jesus’ very own words, He is already there. Jesus said, "For where two or three gather in My Name, there am I in the midst of them."

What you are hoping for is already a reality. Jesus is in the sanctuary every time we gather there with other believers. We need that truth to soak into our hearts.

The same Jesus who healed the blind man and raised the dead comes to our church every week! The same Jesus who died and was raised from the dead for you comes to your church every time believers come to church. And, He is there for you!

Now, beloved, how are you going to respond to that truth? SELAH.

God bless you is my prayer!
